we are now less than three weeks away from
the end of the second grading period ( and first semester) so be certain to stay on top of those reading logs and reading
counts books as well as journals and prewriting work for our second major piece of writing this year.

We will continue the research process for our informational reports and finish
a first draft by January 14th. Don't forget that the reports will need to be presented in one of the manners that we brainstormed
about in class.

Get ready because the second reading counts
book test are due on January 21st (thatstwo Friday's from this week) and you should have
already passed at least one reading counts book test by December 17th. These are major assignments and have alot
of weight on your grade so stay focused, you can do it!
